This company is one of the best known and most established home improvement operations in Cornwall. Established in 1975 it designs, manufactures and supplies a broad range of UVPC windows, doors, roofing systems and conservatories to the upper end of the home improvement market in the South West.
The business manufactures to order and buys its extrusions and glazed units from carefully selected suppliers who have a reputation for quality. Average orders vary from circa £2,500 for doors and windows to around £14,000 for conservatories.
The company has retained every sales record since its inception and this database is now forming the foundation for building a new revenue stream by revisiting these customers and refurbishing, maintaining, repairing and replacing units and furnishings that are now out of warranty. Clearly such activity also generates new and additional orders for the core business.
