The Company is an established company which has been in business for over 30 years. It is located in Southern England close to good transport links.
The vendors do not take an active day to day role in the business. One of the vendors in conjunction with the company’s accountants/book-keepers oversees the finances while leaving the day-to-day operation to the General Manager.
The General Manager and one supervisor form the middle management of the Company and they report to the vendor. In total, excluding the two directors, the Company employs 9 full time staff (depending on time of year) covering manufacturing, costing, invoicing, sales and deliveries.
